Talese joined the Roy Northern team in 2023, initially starting in the Environment department where she acquired a solid foundation of the technical and reporting side of the business. When the Finance Assistant Manager position was announced and having an accounting degree, Talese knew she would be a perfect fit. She has an eye for detail and brings the analytical skills required for this position. She assists Edith with overseeing payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting, and external accounting. Talese will be stepping into the Finance Manager role in 2025.
