Ken Woronuk

With over 15 years of experience in surface land projects, Ken is responsible for overseeing the leadership and management of the Alberta Land Department, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of projects throughout the stages of acquisition, including right-of-way, utility negotiations, and public consultations. With a personal interest in agriculture and land, he has an astute ability to understand and address client concerns. Ken has accumulated knowledge and experience in negotiation and acquisition of surface leases, facilities agreements, easements, and rights-of-way, as well as Alberta Surface Rights Board, Alberta Energy Regulator, and National Energy Board Directives, ensuring successful and expedient completion of client projects.
