Health, Safety, and Environment
Roy Northern provides a safe and healthy workplace for its employees, promoting proper work procedures and safeguarding the environment in which we conduct our operations. We provide guidelines that form the framework for Management and Supervisors to train all personnel in work procedures while placing safety above all other work motivations. Roy Northern is also committed to its compliance with all government regulations, best practices and industry recommended practices.
Our Managers and Supervisors demonstrate by example and guide field personnel by facilitating training in job safety, setting goals for incident prevention, assessing hazards in our operations, examining procedures, and assessing results. Supervisors and workers contribute to our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) program and advise Management of perceived hazards or improper procedures. We adhere to a comprehensive Management-driven safety program that addresses the overall health and safety of all employees and contracted personnel. Our HSE program also includes certified memberships and registrations with various industry compliance associations, such as ComplyWorks Canadian HSE Registry, ISNetworld, Energy Safety Canada, PICS and CQN Advantage.
